I agree with jnasato Jog/bike it off for 30-60 minutes a day. Eat well also. I take A Vitamin B complex and some vitamin D because I lack it terribly. I felt sluggish without it. Have any hobbies? |

I want a society were we all activly work on the fullfillment of our needs. It is a truly free and rational society were poverty is not just reorganized but abandoned. Until then, everyone has to decide for themselves how much he wants to expossed to a false life that is however the only one.
