the huge movie-streaming portal kino.to was shut down today
.to adress, but servers were in europe, and now its gone

i think you're missing the point because when the current
concept of property is positively left behind, the
structures surrounding that concept would necessarily fall
behind too - simply because they can't exist without this
concept of property. So, I'd have to argue here that
corporations wouldn't be empowered to exploit anything as
they wouldn't have the structures (their modes of movement)
which allows them to act as you say they would. Things would
change, corporations would not act the same way, if at all
(without property? how?)
