listen at soundcloud

this is kind of a continuation of my desperate track, at
least in somewhat the same vein. it was crafted during a
storm. also, i hope you enjoy it

peace

not mad about this at all. its really not very what im into.
ive enjoyed lynchian movement a lot over the last month tho.
i dont really go for this kind of music but you have done a
very good job of getting the groove. that isnt easy and im
being honest

musician.clap, clap,calp.;D

I can appreciate the underlying minimal aesthetic but the
execution is off. All the accents (gongs hat hits etc) that
pop up are a bit annoying and distracting, they spoil the
nice delicate groove that starts the proceedings. I dig the
bassline reminds me of Laurent Garnier

thanks for the constructive criticism, i can appreciate you
being honest about what you feel. i have a problem doing a
"clean" production, so to speak, im very much interested in
my tracks sounding edgy, uneven and even arrythmic at times.
i like the sudden disturbances that throws you a bit off the
groove. but i do agree, it could be executed better and
thats what im generally working on. i hope it will come
sooner or later, at least i feel like im progressing.

the waveform looks like you mixed fading-in samples

I'm not calling your track funny, it's just the waveform
that is weird, it could be a soundcloud graphic artifact, I
don't know.

peace
