what's your diet ?

I've got a miraculous one : doing sport again !
I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks by just running and
exercising !
Also I discovered that it's a good way to stop smoking too
because you can clearly feel the benefits of a good breath
capacity...
Anyone of you being on a diet or doing regular sport ?

I'm only eating one serious meal per day, I've disovered
that the human body needs a lot less than what we think...

thats already more than most people do... I'm running one
hour a day and then walking for 30 minutes. Also about 100
push-ups daily.

at the moment:
60min light jogging / day
40 push-ups / day
20 sit-ups / day
an apple / day

i've only started exercising regularly 1,5 months ago, so
about each week i'm adding a few more exercises.

other than that, lots of burger king, mc donald's, dunkin'
donuts and the like. ... i totally lost the desire to smoke
though since i've started jogging. jogging, strangely
enough, gives me the same satisfaction as smoking a pack of
cigarettes, so cigarettes have become superfluous.

my BMI is 20,2.

proud of it, so be proud too!

I've been eating a lot of raw sea weed (kelp) in soups, the
taste is a bit strong so you need to add a little sugar to
the water. You can add things like lentils or chickpeas to
enhance the texture

Sea weed can help you loose weight very quickly, it absorbs
the excess fat your body would of otherwise stored as fat
cells, so it's like a natural fat blocker.

(you have to buy it in chinese food shops cus most other
places don't stock it)

yup well sea weed can be found in most of the supermarket in
switzerland :) good tip anyway !!!

COOKED FOOD can easily make you over weight. ( oh my god i
used caps lock !!!)

Ever seen an overweight zebra, giraffe or fox? or any wild
animal? other than naturally blubbery mammals? except
photoshop pics and house pets ,like cats dogs that have
been fed cooked meat?

probably not ? cause a wild natural diet is purely based raw
food . and on a raw food diet you can fill your tummy and
not worry about going to the gym. but if you do go to the
gym you'll be even more healthy too.

giving up cooked food is like giving up cigarettes ,
difficult for a while but very beneficial.

Mostly brown rice and beans (both are complete protein).
Also corn and meat and vegetables and milk and stuff. If you
eat only corn for a long time you can get a type of
leprosy.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellagra

Also some GOOD ASS SALAD:
get a big ass bowl and put romaine or spinach in it, add
sprouts, cheese, small tomatoes, bananas, tuna, beans, OR
WHATEVER THE FUCK ELSE YOU WANT. You don't even need any
expensive ass salad dressing. SALAD DRESSING IS FOR FAGS.
Salad tastes better than ice cream like this plus its like
good for you or something.

I recently moved to a super residential suburban area where
people have money, and the great thing about that is that
the standards for vegetables and fruits are "higher". So I
buy tons of fruits and vegetables from the markdown produce
area, which are totally okay and often organic, and fucking
cheap. Like last week I bought 24 apples for ~$6. 10~12
mangoes, $5.

offline jnasato from 777gogogo (Japan) on 2011-06-04 07:27 [#02415040]

The point I'm trying to make is that to save money, one
might be able to drive to a nice markets, and buy up all
their markdown shit.

if you want energy ,fruit is best for breakfast , like
oranges and apples.
and about 750 ml of water. do that for a week you'll feel a
big difference.

try this.

chopped avocado
lettuce
grated carrot
squirt of fresh lemon
chopped tomato
cucumber chopped or grated is good.
a little cumin powder
a tiny bit of salt

mix it all up and eat along with a glass of water!

yum !!

cut out all processed food for a week or two. you may find
something is messing you up !!

if you want to feel full after a meal , eat avocado and/or a
few nuts,

eat lots of fruit oranges apples bananas, dates are supreme
snacks.

you'll feel better.
