I do have goals, but not many of them would measure up to what is traditionally considered as a proper goal for someone my age. But that's the problem with these fucking people all over the fucking world. Before you're in your 20's you are considered not old enough to make your own decisions or to do anything that the grown ups do. You are cursed with having to listen to guidance counsellors and professors whose sole course of knowledge is based on what books they have learned most from and what fearless leader (in this case the economy) decides what it is that YOU want to do for gainful employment. after your 20's you are considered too old to do what the grown ups do. Inbetween your 20's, your expected to go through a phase of rebellion, fuck some shit up, get in trouble and learn your lesson that your objective in life is to settle down and pay taxes and die. |
