i like this! really heavy, and "mechanical" or whatever. i'd
imagine a music video with lots of big machinery, a factory
or something.

i'd say that the synth melody in the beginning that keeps on
through the track is too low, but you probably have a reason
for this since you're planning to use this track for an ep.
still, you could probably lower the volume on the synth as
the track progresses if you want to keep it in the
background (meaning you could play it louder in the
beginning and turn it down as the track develops).

lots of attention to detail and the pads that almost drown
out the beat are very effective. this is me giving a thumbs
up!

Cheers mate, Yeah the synth is really obnoxious when it is
up higher... it was also an octave higher until the mix down
in ableton... it was just annoying me too much when it was
more of a focus, but i like it in the distance :)

Sounds fat. Nice synth and bass sounds.
I would perhaps try and make the beats clearer / turn them
up in the mix / or more high-end.
