The American Military Spamming!?!

I was just checking out evolume's mp3.com site, and notice
the screen going dark, then a really cheesy shockwave popup
appeared within the browser window which somehow made it
impossible for me to clear the stuff that was happening
untill the shockwave animation thing dissapeared. I thought
it was an add for a porn site or something. Imagine my
horror when I realized it was for the american military of
all things. Popups should be fucking illegal, not governmet
endorsed. Especially ones that you can't get rid of right
away.

It freaks me out how addamant the american millitary is
being with this whole modern crusade. Can't wait untill Bush
admits to the fact that he is doing this for religious
reasons. Bloody hell. It was only two innocent buildings.
Not like they dropped a nuclear bomb or two in the middle of
a couple cities.

I'm going to skip the whole political issue, but if you
don't want popups, use a browser like Mozilla that lets you
turn them off.

There's usually a button or X on the those ads that let you
close them... but they're as annoying as hell anyway! I
usually end up swearing and smacking my monitor when they
rear their ugly heads.

I just want to say in my own defence so I don't look
pro-WTC-airplaining that it was a horrible loss of life and
energy, and that everyone should be thankfull they didn't
decide to poison the water supply of new york, or try to
detonate a nuclear bomb in the middle of the city.
