Saw em in 07 whilst tripping. I found them to be appallingly mediocre and not half as entertaining as anyone else on the bill. Even the DJ version of Shpongle caned them and Future Prophecies live was astounding, far better than their recordings. Mushroom seem too content to let that guitar fag dribble mindlessly over all of their shit for the entire length of their performance. Sad part is the audience loses their shit to that. |

sphongle is ok. but all his albums are all the same to be honest. it's produced very well, that's true. but other then that I do feel it sounds very cheezy in allot of places. this is pretty good though none of that "progressive" bullshit |

i had to run away from the crowd for infected mushroom when i was on lots of drugs. went and watched from a 20 foot high platform and chain smoked menthol cigarettes. it was much better that way. |

never got into Hallucinogen too much. Yeah Shpongle can be pretty cheesy but it's never boring. Just found his other band Younger Brother, less cheese than Shpongle but more interesting than Hallucinogen. Win win |
