the age old truth that an avg of 8 hrs of sleep has
recently been updated and the new findings are that 6-7hrs
is ideal.

Yes I heard that too. I still feel knackered if I sleep too

what pisses me off is that full time work is considered
8hrs...that's 1/3 of a day...then 8hrs fo sleep...and you
factor in commuting...fucking corporate fucks!

yes I have heard this, and either its true, that too much
sleep is just as bad as not enough, or they (tehehehe) are
molding the facts to cut down the average life expectancy to
handle over-population over a length of time. I love
conspiracys :) anyone played Metal Gear Solid 2 ???

So do I...

I only sleep about 4... I'm addcited to sleeping pills as
well, but they make me stay awake rather than fall
asleep...I always thing it's a waste taking to sleep; they
are best during the day as they totally fuck up your
memory...

I had to laugh at old Peter Buck from REM blaming his recent
Air Rage thing on a Zoplclone pill & wine... what a fucking
lightweight...I get 28 a fortnight and they are generally
gone in a day or 2...

Steer clear of Temazepham tho...I've got an old geezer who
gives me his prescription for them and theres something
about em that makes me shoplift...must of nicked about £300
quids worth of books over Xmas...but can't remeber a thing
about it (other than it's piss easy to nick stuff from
Bookshops)...

My current policy is to steer clear of shops when I'm on em
now as I really can't trust myself not to nick stuff...

Woo...Today is confession day...I feel better already...

i used to shop lif hella when i was under 18, but when that
day came, it was cold turkey for me...

now whenever i NEED to, for things that are outragously
priced like razorblade refills, i can''t really because i'm
afraid i lost my touch, get caught, and then thrown in
jail...

I once tried to kill my landlords dog whilst off my face on
E...

But killing a dog with a teatowel is not that easy....

I was doing it out the kindness of my heart tho as the dug
had huge cancer lumps all over it and my landlord wouldn't
take it to the vets (as he knew they'd take one look at it
and put the fucker down...)...It had been like that for
months and the poor fucker couldn't even walk downstairs
anymore...

it died 2 weeks later anyway...

I never told him I'd tried to kill it tho...he would have
chucked me out of the house...(He waited until I was an
unemployed Smack head before doing that...;)..

So no, haven't killed anyone....

I get by on about 6-7 hours sleep a night. If I get to bed
about 12-1.00am then I'm usually up at about 7.00 - 8.00am
even on the weekends..

I'm like over 30 and I've never shoplifted before (too
sacred of getting caught)...but get them tamazies down me
neck and I'm a one man crime wave...

Fucking stupid really as I've got a good job, decent money
and can afford to buy stuff anyway...so why I've started I
really don't know...

Bad Bad self destructive behavior...Sometimes we need saving
from ourselves...

I also used to do a BIT of shoplifting, especially
CD's...Remember when they sold em in those long cardboard
boxes, you could juct open the bottom and slip it right
out...

Ahhh those were the days....
=)

Well, me, I'm thirty and have done a lot of shoplifting ,
but mostly candies etc. When I do, I steal from big, state
owned shops, so the employees don't have to pay for what I
steal. I used to work in several shops, and I had to pay for
stolen stuff, it's common here. But lately, I stopped as I
was on a brink of getting caught... I once stole black
stockings...

BTW, that story about that dog is utterly bizzare: noble and
disgusting at the same moment. U R one strange geezer...

Yeah, The dog tale was a little bizarre...

but not as strange as the house I lived in with a Doctor & 2
nurses...I ended up sleeping with em all, sometimes at the
same time...that was really weird & things got very odd &
slightly violent in the end: had to move out in the middle
of the night with all my stuff in a Tesco trolly...

or the time me & JohnB (my old partner in crime) were
walking from mine to his mums to get some Vodka at about
3:30 in the morning..we were speeding our nuts off &
suddenly heard this huge explosion from about 20ft behind
up...we went back and a car had crashed into the spot we
were standing and a local bouncer I knew & 2 woman were
lying there dying in front of our eyes with the police that
had been chasing em swarming all over the place trying to
prise the doors open...I often wonder whether I dreamt it
but I go past the place everyday on my way to work and
theres a little plague there saying Not Forgotten blah blah
1957-1998...

I could go on but I won't...needless to say I'm a weird shit
magnet....

sex with all three of them! woah... my firend brags of
having sex with like 4 other ppl at once, but the funny
thing is that their all ugly street trash, from a little
town i used to live in...so IF he did, it's
not a big acomplishment...

and to add to the topic, the most ppl i've done at once were
two best friends...it worked out perfectly, i was dating
one, and the other was visiting her for the summer...plenty
of 3sums for three months...then the firend left, and i
dumped the original a few days after...

yeah, i'm mean...i get pretty angsty on a regular basis, so
the comsic balance of karma is pretty much balanced...

oh yeah, and bad shit happens to me too...like i just bought
a 2 liter of soda and overcharded my debit card like 20
cents, and now i have to stay up all night to make sure i
either can deposit a dollar when the bank opens, or beg then
not to charge a $22 overdraft fee for merely 20cents...

Sleep is GOOD! I have insomnia...which used to bother
me....but i learned from several good doctor's that some
people just don't need a lot of sleep. I sometimes get
between 4-5 of SOLID sleep.....not every night, but when i
do it's grand. =0)

i refuse to take any sleeping med's because i don't like
taking pills etc., addiction to anything terrifies me, so i
deal with it on my own. i have found that i can get a lot
done. i will always remember reading that albert einstein
only needed 4-5 hours of sleep. knowing that made me feel
comforted somehow. not because i'm and einstein, but because
i'm not the only WEIRDO out there that doesn't sleep. tee
hee =0)

chance. Nothin' like waking up at 3PM on a saturday.

That's good advice, LeCoeur...and I know I can make use of
the time rather than lie in bed either waiting to go to
sleep or wkaing up really early...

I so need to get my sleeping hassles under control...& I
reckon that's the route to go...

Yeesh, on weekdays when I have classes, I go to sleep around
4, and wake up around 9, only 5 hours of sleep...

But now that I'm off for good, and my exams are in the
evening and I don't have a job, I'll get lots of sleep.
Sleep from 4 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon, 9 hours!
Not bad.
