Placed within the STYLE-tags this code will make matchin
scrollbars for AphexTwin.nu (if you dislike the colors in
the script, they are easy changeble)

BODY { scrollbar-3d-light-color:#151103;
scrollbar-arrow-color:#EAEAB9;
scrollbar-base-color:#1B1700;
scrollbar-dark-shadow-color:#1B1700;
scrollbar-face-color:#151103;
scrollbar-highlight-color:#EBEBD6;
scrollbar-shadow-color:#EBEBD6}

good idea/bad idea?

Bah, this isn't standard CSS, this is a Microsoft extension.
Sorry about the grumbling, but as a former webmaster I
didn't like this sort of stuff.

Whale: True, it only works on MS browsers, but since IE is
the major browser at the moment, why not take advantage of
the technology?

I'm against the balkanization of the www. Without standards,
there would be no Internet and no web.

This extension goes beyond the presentation of the page and
affects the appearance of your browser. It's fluff, in my
opinion.

Technically, it's a small thing, since unknown CSS
properties are ignored by a browser, but it just shows how a
mega-corporation can throw its weight around. They haven't
even submitted this extension to the standards bodies - I
wouldn't have much of an argument if they had taken that
step.

html components look different in every browser anyway, so i
dont think its much of a big deal if it only shows up for ie
users (god help us)
