really bad news... i really enjoyed everything the time i went (aphex autechre ceephax pusher... impressive lineup) : the ambiance, the venue, the people, the flags and all! (only bad comments about expensive food and dirty wc). |

How is it that other festivals can opperate OK, but glade suffers with too much red tape? |

caused it was previously held in a place where too many residents wernt cool with its imposition, perhaps the organisers didnt offer enough closed door settlements to keep locals happy, perhaps locals were too greedy. perhaps, just perhaps the police looked at a festival that condems mass alcohol consuption, but provides free 'stash cans' on entry, plays lots of loud repetitive music and caters for a crowd that in gerneral, the powers that be dont really like that much. or just maybe cameron and clegg are pissed off that they didnt get comps and decided to shut the festival down as the first show of power.... |
