anyone fond of the genre?

i know it's a mainstream kind of genre but i like it a lot

reccomend me old/new mainstream/obscure mythological movies
pls

no matter which story is being told: greek, japanese.. the
important is that is has to be old, and fascinating

also cartoons will do, but not the cute ones pls

tia

dunno mate it's not really mythological, moar like epic, but
i recommend smoking a nice spliff and watching Kurosawa's
RAN, it's basically Shakespeare's King Lear with trippy
Samurais,

thanks

i'm not gonna invent a polite reply to every post made in
this thread, nor i'm gonna tell you i'll make a d/l queque
to all the movies mentioned, i'll fav this thread+ in my
browser and recall it for future use

so

just going with a bit of instinct

let's see if someone is so kind to bring me outside japan
and find something other place to know about, in the western
world even
