I never really liked the chaacter of Galvatron but when he
blew Starscream away that was pretty damn cool.

Last summer I went to Galveston while I was travelling
across America, because it sounded vaguely like Galvatron.
What a shit hole (no offence to anyone from Galveston or
anything.)

Transformers were absolutely great, almost as good as
Ulysses. But not quite.

Does anyone know how to make the transformers' transforming
sound?

I'm not telling you cause you think Ulysses was superior

Man, that giant chess board was whack!

I think people that have been there know Galveston is a
shithole. i have been there and I really didnt like it. My
cousins live in Houston and they tell me it sucks
too. There's nothing there to do except maybe drink and
cowtip, or impregnate your cousin. but I mean tha in the
best possible way...and I'm not sure what the tranformer's
name is but in the movie he acted like he was on speed.

thanks, that was going to drive me crazy trying to remember.

I never had really n0oticed before but the Transformers
Movie kinda seems symbolic of WWII, the autobots(US) the
Decepticons(hitler),and all the subgroups (dinobots,
insecticons, aerobots, constructicons, etc) seem like all the
smaller countries that became involved but still retained
their own autonomy.,, or maybe I am reading too much into
this

Or I guess maybe hitler was Unicron, Autobots, the US,
Britain, etc. And decepticons Italy and Russia? yeah that
makes more sense.

Transformers The Movie needs to be rereleased on DVD. I
vaguely remember really cool music/sounds that accompanied
Unicron's scenes...

Heh heh. We drove for about 3 hours out of our way to see
what it was like. Never trust Lonely Planet....

It was a really weird place, like a trendy new city from the
70s, that hadn't been touched since. It was stuck in a time
warp.

We had to check it out because of its name, though. Weird, I
never thought I'd be discussing it here...
