sometimes it just doesnt seem to send the correct messages to my gear. i understand midi pretty much but sometimes software just has problems and the only thing you can do is reboot or sometimes even defrag. its annoying.

im using orion pro, usb midiman, a few synths on different global channels, windows xp. i dont think xp likes my midiman i might need to find an update driver. the problem is, orion sends the program change as i select it manually but if i call a song up it doesnt automatically send the new program changes for the new songs sound selections. its annoying.

yeah i have that same problem with fruity. i gotta go change the bank/patch manually on my synths for every song. very annoying! havent been able to fix this, so ive just been making txt files for each song, with all the patches and shit written in it, [there is a notebook plugin in fruity] sux though.
