Ah, to live once more in the greenwood! To rise at dawn to the scent of eucalyptus and clover. To hear the gentle Debussy dialogue of robins and doves. To feel the cool freshness of the departing night's mist as it recedes into hiding for the long daylight siesta. To hear the rustle of the alighting breeze in the thin limbs above. To patter naked down the the edge of the stream and sip the diamond water only quickly come down from the mountain freshets. To gaze overhead at the stained glass canopy of the sky. This is what we remember, this is what we dream about. To come once more to the open childlike stare of the unspoiled land. Here I am, I say. Here I am in the heavenly pasture. Back to nature. Draw a deep breath.
