When i was tiny i felt too much things at once. feelings were so huge and amazing but too much to have a handle it. The thing is i've been thinking this: sometimes i would get so upset and dwell in the many levels of feeling when i was sad. even angry i did it the same. i would sit with it, trying to understand it but maybe more because of trying to live with it? NO. i was trying to hold on to it as if the feeling was worth keeping just because it was so big: such a precious kind of horrible. now, why do we do it? why do we hold onto pain things like this, spinning pretty thread around it like silk worm? we all mostly do it. there is a part of us that encourage the bad feeling. this was never practical for us as animals was never practical today! what is the purpose of this strange mechanism? |

ok so is natural. we do romanticise of our emotion and i suppose deep sadness is as stirring as truest love. but there is something else here to be explain.. am not sure how to pin it down |
