Stick with it. If you're like me you will get some pretty bad pains even after you've stopped, but with each passing day you'll feel better and better. Good luck! Anytime you want a smoke, have a wank, and before long you'll be too exhausted to do either. |

yeah, don't expect to be feeling 100% right after. in fact, you'll most prolly develop a righteous cough due to your body finally rejecting all that phlegm and shit stored up in your lungs. |

thanks guise... i've done it before but for some reason gave in even after years. Though back then it didn't affect the body so bad as it did now. it already feels much better, not having to kill myself a little every 30 minutes :D |

what i've done is throw my pack of tobacco in the bin. just the thought of pulling it out again is disgusting enough to keep me from starting again. you should do that too. i mean if you want to quit, you have to quit and that's that (which is what i've been saying to myself the last few months/years). so far it's being a relief really. |

Hm, when my parents gave up they had loads of baccy in a drawer, cos my dad thought that it would be the thought of not being able to have it that would make him want it. But different things work for different people and I hope yours works for you! :) |
