i read a review saying that this album was 'depressing
acoustic based music'-could you slate a band any worse??!!

they went downhill very fast after INTROSPECTIVE -- i think
"so hard" was their last decent song, or was it "left to my
own devices"?

I was exposed to lot of PSP when I was young throu my
mother.........so I cant really hate them, even if they
released some shitty songs.......and about "Home & Dry" i
gotta say its like a HAMBURGER, it lacks musical depth, but
it TASTES kinda good....

It sounds like the smiths because AFAIK one of the producers
was a member from the smiths.

yeah, Johnny Marr (The Smiths Guitarist)...

I heard this was a return to the Behavior Album...kinda a
bit less Disco, a bit more song based...

And Neil Tennent don't have make me laugh with his lyrics
sometimes....very witty if somewhat obscure at times...

one of my favourite lyrics is from left to my own devices:

"che guevara and debussy to a disco beat"

"i could leave you, say goodbye, or i could love you, if i
tried, and i could, and left to my own devices i probably
would"
