That's a trippy lol idea, but you'd just see both eyes. They're things in the environment like anything else. You don't get feedback when you look at your eyes in the mirror. You wouldn't see in normal stereoscopic vision though, as your brain is used to, due to your eyes not looking forward. But close your left eye and you'd only see your left eye (now closed) with your right. It'd probably be weird opening/closing one eye and watching it do so. A snail could probably do this.

You'll just see one eye which feels hard to focus on and a mangling of two backgrounds that each eye sees, like when you're looking cross eyed. I think. Great idea though :O
