you know what? i didn't notice that either. must be a sign o
god or sumthin'.

anyway, i was gonna make a thread about dennis rader at some
point, but i suppose this time has come.

i've watched a lot of programs about serial killers and
psychos on discovery and what not. not really a fascination
of mine, but at night (when i'm awake), these are usually
the only programs on teh telly. out of all serial killers
i've seen, dennis rader disturbed me the most. the cruelty,
the sheer inhumanity. it boggles me how anyone can become
THAT fucked up.

What i found interesting in the wikipedia article is that
it's clear he killed for sexual relief. But yet little is
mentioned about what he did. I guess he did rape his victims
but i found this quote puzzling:

"They were very lucky; a phone call save them. I was go-ng
to tape the boys and put plastics bag over there head like I
did Joseph, and Shirley. And then hang the girl. God-oh God
what a beautiful sexual relief that would been"

yes, the wiki article omits the cruelest details of his
murders. but who wants to know about that, really? my god, i
actually had nightmares about his face at one point.

Well i had a more in depth read. What a fucker. It seems he
didn't rape his victims but had a little wank after
killing!

Jane Toppan admitted during her murder trial that she was
sexually aroused by death. She would administer a drug
mixture to patients she chose as her victims, lay in bed
with them and hold them close to her body as they died.
