this is what ill do if elected moderator

1 - ban some dupes. if your dupe is cool you can stay but if
its lame YOUR OUTTA HERE!!

2 - get rid of the chirstmas bear, have new xlt header
contest

3 - appoint myself poll master. woofter can stay to but hes
not doing very good now. also hold special election for a
third poll master
