you cant get cereal without sugar in, except oats. so instead to say on these breakfast boxes "brush your teeth before you leave the house" governments put fluoride in the water to 'try' toughen teeth ( like they have most of the UK already) compulsory medication without consent !!! very naughty and immoral!. and pointless, if we wish to use fluoride, we brush our teeth ,then spit out the poison!! ( this is used as rat poison) some toothpastes even say "if you swallow please seek immediate medical advice." hey, you can get mercury fillings one of the most toxic substances for human beings! you can put this in your mouth too!! rather than ceramic!! why? because the people that own the patents and manufacturing plants run most of the global system!! multinationalism !!! yeah!!!! :P ask your water authority for information on fluoride, like i did, and 'expect no response!!!' avoid cane sugar it rots your teeth !eat fruit for sweetness! brush your teeth after breakfast :P bless you! |

i think we all need reverse osmosis filters in our kitchens. i have my eye on one already, tales out all the crap from your water and leaves the water. bit expensive tho. :( |

i brush my teeth 3 times a day, as i did as a kid ( not many do that often at a young age) i had to live with fluoridated water (flluoride in my drinking water) but i still have uncountable fillings. why? because i ate sugar, in my drinks,.ribena ,cereal and pretty much everything . Fluoride should be swilled around the mouth then spat out! not consumed ! its a poison. Fluoride is a waste/ by-product of the fertilizer and aluminum industry and is deadly to the environement so they want us to filter it out into our bodies....now I sound like a conspiracist. :( damn its just to obvioulsy mentally crazy! it was alos used by the nazi's for mind control ...now i sound crazy !! (i rarely swear to preserve my dynamics) but again like mercury fillings its another mass money making industry that does not want to let go like the oil industry over electric vehicles, which would save america in the long run. |

I recently did a taste test of arrowheads/sparkletts/crystal geyser. First two tasted like pollution relative to geyser. Sure it probably has untastable gay making neurotoxin soft kill weapons in it too but at least it tastes better. I think the elites were influenced by marilyn manson. |

hi Larn i just watched the trailer, i had a chill when i saw the cigarette advert " more doctors smoke camel than any other cigarette,see how they agree with your throat" As if they didn't know it was harmful when the ad was made. shall watch it now. wmw ...get an RO filter, they are cheapish on ebays. you save over £100 a year. you can also re mineralise the water after purification. with mineral drops. : ) |
