I hope you're right. But my guess is he dies with it all, with no one able to access his computer. Maybe that would best represent what he stood for.

I like to imagine he's got a very intricate booby-trap type setup on his notebook, and if he doesn't access his computer in say, 3 days, his computer will self-destruct, which then will set off a remote detonator to his DAT machine, which then will trigger a fire to all of his private tapes and other mediums of recordings.
