Probably been done loads before, but we should never pass
up a chance to be self-important list making wankers.

Astrobotnia pt. 1
Astrobotnia pt. 3
The Tuss 'Rushup Edge'
Ovuca 'Wasted Sunday'
Bogdan Raczynski 'Samurai Math Beats'

Quite predictable from me really, but I can listen to all of
these all the way through & still be
amazed/entertained/taken to space.

Special mentions to 'Boko Mo Wakaran', Dynamix II, Vulva
'Birdwatch', all D'Arcangelo albums + Ceephax's 2 volumes.
Sam & Valley almost made it in there.

I don;t have 2 of those. Don't have JK cos i'm a dirty
digital thief, and that Jones is well hard to come by. Is it
worth the effort? Thought he was like a comedy
guitar-wielding geezah.

We don't count rereleased material (808 State, Humanoid,
Drexciya etc), right?

1. CAT 008, AFX: Analogue Bubblebath 3 (1993)
2. MC-202, Kosmik Kommando: Universal Indicator Yellow
(1993)
3. CAT 109, Yee-King: SuperUser (2000)
4. CAT 010, Kosmik Kommando: Freaquenseize (1993)
5. CAT 016, Vibert/Simmonds: Weirs (1993)

My period is clear. (There are no Xltronic women.)

I think, I think... I think in order that I bought them and
not including later compilations or rereleases with fucked
about tracklists but when they FIRST came out I'd have

Analogue Bubblebath 3 - AFX
Caustic Window - Joyrex J5 EP
Tango n Vectif - mu-ziq
Cylobian Sunset - Cylob
Bradley's Robot - Brad Strider

LESS OBVIOUS ONES but not TOP 5 BUT still good would be

Birdwatching - Vulva
Empathy Box - Kinethsesia
Feelings on a screen - Bochum Welt
Mecanoid - Pierre Bastien
oh and The Tuss

There's is a difference between favouirtes, "obvious
favourites" and a Rephlex canon. Would the latter be

CAT 008, AFX: Analogue Bubblebath 3 (1993)
CAT 009, Caustic Window: Compilation (1993)
CAT 010, Kosmik Kommando: Freaquenseize (1993)
CAT 012, µ-Ziq: Tango n' Vectif (1993)
CAT 033, Cylob: Cylobian Sunset (1996)
CAT 037, Squarepusher: Feed Me Weird Things (1996)
CAT 058, Global Goon: Cradle of History (1998)
CAT 082, Bogdan Raczyski: Boku Mo Wakaran (1999)
CAT 110, Ovuca: Wasted Sunday (2001)
CAT 117, Universal Indicator: Innovation in the Dynamics of
Acid (2001, retrospect)

I regard Cylob as the most Rephlexed artist.

diamondtron!

Rephlex' Eurotechno is the soundtrack of the '89 VHS by the
same name. Sessions 84–88 is compiled of both released and
unreleased material. It is allthesame retrospective.

As for Drexciya's CAT 017 it was first released by Rephlex
but licensed from UR. Would you call it original Rephlex
music?

Discogs lists Molecular Enhancement solely as a Rephlex
release. It wouldn't make my top 5, but it would be fucking
close.

It's really interesting to see what other people like most.
Cheers guys.

I'm surprised about the Leila love. Also, I like
Bodenstandig for it's sheer comedic value, but top 5? U
CRAZY GUY!
