for all idm heads, i suggest you to check the new album on spark: somewhere between mhtrtc and geoggadi, also with a freescha feeling in melodies... maybe not extremely innovative, but very beatiful and cute! |

yeah it's not bad sounding...i can hear a bit of melodic influence from Jean Michel Jarre in I Need You (Out Of My Head) but i think i'll be a snob and snub it due to the fact that it's being called emoelectronica :-/ :p |

I'm sorry, but the genre name has to go. It's just as bad as the "intelligent" in IDM. It's as though you're saying no electronica ever conveyed emotion until this group came along. For shame. |

Ahh c'mon, the Tigerbeat6 gang were throwing around the term "emoelectronica" eight years ago. It is what it is.. a descriptive, if not a bit unnecessary, genre name. Regardless, nice tunes! Does kinda sound Freescha/Tycho/BoC-redux-ish.. with a bit more gritperhaps. I like the first and last samples especially. Thanks.. |

yea, its a great label, releasing most the best electronica produced here. check also the fibla, 'the boss', pretty warm and calm crunchy electronics, there with most ambient ae... bRUNA's album is definetly fucking good, amazing control and evolution of the ambiances, perfect for a calm joint summer evening. |
