since its day of outing, i badly wanted to say that organizing your mp3 collection sucks. the right shit would be to leave the stuff where it is and never run out of space. |

I wish there was a function that you can easily combine folders...Now I've seperated most of my music in different folders.. Labels/ or artist or genre. Thank god win amp loads all my music in just one list. |

i organize it like this: genre > artist > album sometimes i put the year the album came out in the back of the album folder name i use winamp 5.11 in classic mode (used to use 2.91 for a long time, don't really know why i started using 5.11) i browse through my folders insted of using playlists i've devided my mp3's into 5 genre folders - Electronic - Hip-hop - Misc (I dump the rock, classical, jazz etc. albums I have here since i don't bother to have a few albums in many different folders) - Soundtracks - xlt music (i dump stuff i snatch for the mb into this folder) |
