i love the blue album and i think its one of the best of the
90es.
but there are some really great tracks on the new one. i
thought just like you before.
there are some really great tunes on maladroit for ex: keep
fishin, love explosion, space rock and burndt jamb.

this stuff beats the shit out of the green album, but
pinkerton is the essence of weezer imo..

I'd like to think the Green album will be a life long
embarrasment for Weezer. Similar to Ministry's - "With
Sympathy". the Blue album is my favourite weezer album.
I've played the shit out of it and I'm still not sick of it.

yes, totally agree with you. the tracks sound all alike. the
only one worth the attention was photograph.

I agree.. That is my fav track on that cd. Photograph that
is.

Yeah Photograph was the only really good track on Green
Album.
I think the new will be better.
Raimons have been sending me (on msn) loads of unreleased
and rare stuff that is really great.
Check out a track called "Blastoff" if you haven't , to bad
they didn't release that one.

There is more to Weezer than meets the record shops.

the great thing about weezer is that they play alot of new
songs live along time before it hits the recordstores. and
its really great that they put out the mp3s of the new album
without the record companys permission. i love it! and
those stupid record companys dont understand that its free
commercial for the record. the fans will buy it anyway.

"pinkerton" is a great album with a bad productin but its
really worth having in the cd collection. and of course the
forthcoming new album "maladroit"

I'll never forget seeing them live and the sound of 7000
fans all singing along to Say it Aint So... These guys are
great live. I also think photograph is the only good song on
the green album, and I actually have maladroit but don't
remember too much about it (I never really listened to it
much). The Blue Album, Pinkerton, and the Rentals all kick
fat arse.
