I have been watching him on Hell's Kitchen.

He had 3 Michelin stars, but gave them back, due to the
pressure they represented.

He made Gordon Ramsay cry, when he was mentoring him.

He is very intelligent and a good judge of character- a
people person, though he still takes his job seriously.

He is my idle, perhaps.

What do you think of him and have you been following Hell's
Kitchen?
