it came as a bit of a shock, again, this latest adbusters
newsletter.

If you don't know about the digital detox concept, read
here.

the accompanying article 'computing the cost' made me think
a little. Being an internet addict sucks. Sure, the benefits
are numerous, but i'm convinced my book reading habits are
suffering heavily, in terms of time, concentration and
memory.

personally i think the author of 'computing the cost' may be
right about our brains being rewired from the information
overload which we now expertly, and willingly consume as
professional web navigators.

what do you think? is your brain beginning to melt from too
much internet, and are you willing to take a break from it
for an entire week?
