i cycled for about 3 hours this evening, round town, plus an

It is very difficult indeed to avoid Aspartame, but I am
pleased to see that I eat (very fucking good) dark
chocolate, some of which is 100% cocoa. Also, I use
fluoride-free toothpaste, though I don't feel the benefit of
that very much, cos I only clean my teeth once a day and
that's if I'm (or my teeth are) lucky.

Anyway I am veggie, so I am unlikely to become fat. :)

i want my mercury removed. and an reverse osmosis machine to
take out chlorine, fluoride and a thousand other beastly
things from my water

and an oxegen tent and a heart rate machine for whilst I is
asleep. hahah not really ....not yet!
