Supposedly, supposed to block this April fool, plus you get up to 50 custom filters like anti-phishing and malware blocking all for free (Kind of like a "hosts" file edit) and "increased reliability" for your internets experience. I guess they have to be trustworthy to provide this much protection: 50,000 sites a day is alot to filter... I mean they must have some monkeys eatin' their bananas and wheaties for that one Ooh, banana wheaties. If you've a router, set it up on that If not, it's super easy to change network settings on your machine's side as well - PC, Mac and Linux directions all there, even for a frickin' Wii. You don't have to set up an account, but you do if you want to manage things a little more in depth and if your IP is not dynamic, even though most of us have one I assume. |
