OMG, this is downloading sooooooo slowly!
I know the site tells you they'd prefer people not to download from anywhere but the site, but I am getting it from SLSK now, so I can get it in a reasonable amount of time.
They still have my e-mail address now anyway, so I don't feel too bad. :)

Yep took me about 2h30 to download it. I'm gonna buy the cd version, but not from their website though ( I live in france, and the posting fees are gonna be way too much)
The mixtape is really awesome...

Well it doesn't seem like this deluxe edition is gonna be anywhere else than on the anticon store.... it's just 8$, and the slow ass delivery is 2$, so I took it.
Now the question is... when will this little package reach its destination ?

lol.
That's cool that you bought the CD. I think a small label like Anticon need as much patronage as they can get! lol.
I don't think too much of the mixtape...
The first track, too intense and it is too intense. Not Themselves, in a bad way. It's not progress. I guess they're just trying to make an impressive comeback.
The second track with Aesop Rock is pretty great, but not amazing. Not good as anything from Them - Themselves. But i guess that was their peak and they'll never achieve that quality again.
I generally don't like the way Dose seems to think he has to sound more agressive to get in line with the other rappers. The day DoseOne is homogenised with the Hip-Hop genre is the day I lose faith in humanity.
Third track just sucks as much as the type of track it is satirising.
The freestyle track is probably my favourite. It reminds me of why I fell in love with Themselves in the first place. It sent a chill of excitement down my spine the first time I heard it.
Don't really like The Mark very much at all.
Rapping 4 Money is okay, nothing revelationary.
Maybe I am expecting too much from a mix tape, but generally I am not too impressed. I can appreciate the fact that it's free, though. That's cool.
