Im at a rehabilitation home right now, my therapist thought it would be a good idea if i stay there for a month. Its really far away from any civilization, like in the movie shining. I took some BOC music with, and now i just want to kill everyone in my psychotheraphy group. No not really, but im not used to talk to people, and it gets painfully obvious now. |

swimming is great . i got off smoking going swimming each day for 45mins. so rare we move our arms around so much , gets oxygen deep into the muscles feels great and i could not be arsed to smoke. so i ate good food . and sleep instead. hey, at least its not you thats the idiot! imagine that , lol. you have the awareness on the go , thats gotta be healthy in the long run , but annoying too at present :P write lots of notes about stuff you wanna do, fix , go to , design etc. clear your head of all the stuff swirling around. peace |

Man, its damn boring here. We had group therapy today, and that was kinda boring. I dont understand what the problem of these people is. If i were the therapist i tell them to just kill themselve, but thank god im not, jk jk! I talked to the chick with the eating disorder, she is not really dumb, but we dont share any intrests, so because of that im not attracted to her anymore, which i find kinda strange. But whatever. |
