It's because the drums are flaccid and there's apparently no bass, thansk.

the drums are superior and theres plenty of bass in the other corner theres fatal compression on the tunes (~128kbps)
so, ... this forum sucks hardcore; i must say! :P

Drums are not "superior". Please listen to some decent jungle/dnb, specifically the drums.
Your drums are really poorly EQ'd. The sound is really "muddy". Maybe it is the compression on the music player the website uses, but it is not good.
The whole sound is really fatiguing. Now, maybe it's all being squeezed by the audio compression codec, so use something different (even youtube is better, check this for example).
Have a look at this for hints on EQing your sounds : forum post on future producers forum.
Anyway, get the EQ sorted first, so people can actually listen to it without going nuts.
Then sort out the songs themselves because they're a bit boring.
Repetition isn't a bad thing per se, but it has to be done right and unfortunately you've not managed it.
If you don't like the responses here, you could try dogs on acid, but I suspect they would be quite rude about your tracks.

If you have it sorted, why cripple your songs by using such a poor medium? Bung it on youtube and it won't compress the life out of it. Unless you are afraid for people to hear the "sorted" EQ??

youve got point to the nearest. third compression process was done by virb (if there was one at all)
I value music, a lot and i dont need paper or metals for it :D

i gave each track a 10 second whirl, and i will agree with jivver,
tracks need a decent mastering but at the same time u cannot polish averageness

Dude, rather than arguing, why don't you listen to people's criticism? That's the only way you will improve. Just telling yourself that are shit hot will only leave you creatively stagnant.
Peace out!

try sampling breaks instead of writing them. generally when you write something out in a program it becomes over quantized to the beat and sounds very stale. breaks will give you a more live sound.
throw a little tape distortion on there while youre at it

i guess it just takes a little controversy to get me to listen.
the bar for d'n'b has been raised very high; it's a style that's been done to death.
these tunes are good enough for the person who made them to enjoy. for me, these are flaccid, predictable, muddy, and the percussion programming is uninteresting and amateurish. they would have sounded dated ten years ago.
my advice is to forget about trying to make a bunch of strangers happy with your tunes. there's no chance of making any commercial inroads in this style, so focus on making the tunes that you like. push yourself hard with each track.
maybe this was an idm forum once, but most people here are into a variety of musics. the sun set on idm years ago anyway.
if you're looking for an ego stroke, play the tunes for your friends, and they'll tell you how talented you are.
