yeh i always have massive mood changes n stuff. also in any
space (a room or a shape or an object) there are two sides
that make me feel really dark and shit and two that feel
really good, had this since i was shitting in pampers. i
can't face a day without escapism (was triggered by an
uncomfortable sexaul episode when i was 9). have always been
anxious and scared + loads of other things that are crazy.
dad, sister and relatives are fucking mad also (cousin tammy
thinks her daughter is an alien and tells her but she says
it's cool). i think it's bipolar. ANYONE ELSE HAVE BIPOLAR?
don't have money for therapy or anything. what do i do. just
felt like typing this for yall. ha

i went freaked out a month ago and checked myself into a
psychiatric hospital, its not fun. It's a pretty strange
place to be. I know the feeling of delusional life, and it's
not fun, remember when you were a kid and you didn't let
thoughts rule your life? You just kind of did what you
wanted? I think by being an adult, you have to be smarter
and have more common sense, to live a good life for
yourself.

The pyschiatric doctor said i had Bipolar pschizoaffective
blah blah, but i think it's just because he may have been
bipolar, i don't know, didn't ask. He also said i was very
smart to my dad in a phonecall i overheard.

So i understand the two sides thing, light and dark, but
they are all just frames of mind exaggerated maybe. It's
like the old saying, and i'm not religious or any of that,
but it makes sense - "An idle mind is the devil's
playground"

You just have to make your own rules for yourself, dont be
held down by anybody, but try and make this life for you and
everyone around you as peaceful or good as you can, and dont
feel bad if you dont get what yo uwant.

have a look into NLP

neuro-linguistic programming. if you're like me and have
been sectioned in the past then anything like this is good.

this one time on acid, i saw the walls breath with me, it
seemed like i was everything and my perception is existence,
so if you're unhappy it could be my fault, as that's how i
want you to be. sorry.

i'm now concentrating on you being happy all the time....

which thinking about it, would then become the norm and you
wouldn't really enjoy anything?

i'm confused.

a place to sit down.
i'm eating some nasty 'health' cereal, i cannot possibly
explain how much it smells like mcdonalds/quavers. filthy.
anyway thanks guys but my thing is some kind of hereditary
craziness i have. will make another spam soon.

there are two kinds of biopolar, with bipolar 1 you would
have both manic and depressive episodes that each last for a
couple weeks to a month. During manic episodes you would
show signs of extreme hyper activity, anxiousness,
exaggerated sense of self esteem, etc. You'd basically feel
the opposite of all that during a depressive episode.

Bipolar 2 has less frequent episodes and they may occur as a
"mixed" episode where you're constantly shifting moods. The
episodes are also shorter duration compared with bipolar 1.

Both are thought to be an imbalance of neurotrasmitters and
pretty treatable with lithium or other anti-depressants. I
don't know how affordable health care is in the UK right now
but the best advice is to get yourself checked out.

Forest?

Billy Davies has bought a house in Nottingham. It's a two up
three down.

Forest fans distraught over last night's events can call a
helpline on 0800 2-0 2-1 2-2 2-3. Just ask for Kris.
