I don't want to 'man up' I want to be my natural self and i will not manipulate women into liking me by playing games. allot of men start to change and become more aggressive, but i will always be the guy who opens a door for a woman. who tells them they are beautiful when they feel insecure, and just be a reliable friend to them. But sadly i will always just be their friend and nothing more. |

i dunno. what is beta/gamma? i'm nice to people, i believe wholelly in being shiverlous (sp) i open doors, i change to make sure i walk on the side of the pavement that is nearest the road, i treat a ladies nicely, i'll even stop to pick them a flower to put in their hair. i maybe am an alpha-ish male, but i do my very best not to be a dick. like yourself tho being all these things doesnt get me hoards of womens, maybe if i was dick it mite work, but also look around at the the bad-boy a-males the womens on their arms are usually not the sorta women i'm attracted to. i dunno i'm not so psyco-anallitic i'm jus riding the wave. i had a good woman once, but that went to pish. jus seems like the good men, the good women are few and far between. |

You haven't figured out that "Shyness" is a form of Narcissism, a fake-nobile trait that people seem to love basking in. You cloak your true-self with all of this shyness, nobility crap, so that your approach to women seems O.K. if it doesn't work. It will still be alright because you're the "Nice guy." and Nice guys finish last right? You're doing the same thing as the "alpha-males" just in a different way, opposite end of the spectrum. |
