what exactly is good about the tones of steinvord? this is
exactly what it is, a cheap duplicate of every other "idm"
artist, just with a breakcore harshness to it. it is,
honestly, not very good.

afx is best known for his experimental works and pushing
boarders, the guy who said this was afx doesnt know what he
is talking about.

untitled 11 was a decent tune, thats all.

thankyou Cuntychuck for delivering some clear common sense
to the thread. I know Cnut said much the same thing, but he
can be very miserable and patronising in his approach
sometimes, but then i suppose there is just no talking to
people with painted-on ears

>>>Hmm. I have 7 Steinvord tracks, am I missing any?<<<
yeah, you missed a couple goods. google any shizz to get
stuff from myspace.
i got 8 tracks without ontrack v.2. what you missing are
likely to be crazy afxass acid banger (or if you already
hear it in these trax, it's speedy loop going noisier and
noisier, breaking down after 3 mins) and 2min midtempo
sketch of rdj album synth-up into that marked detuned
melody.

the untitled ones are by afx imo. listen to untitled 97,
probably from 1997 maybe a clue to the age of them but
anyway..

Steinworld broke. AFX is in bits over this.
Then the music keyboard broke that AFX used to make a
gazillion of songs on. This hurried the process.

the tracks are shit and they're not afx. if you can't even
hear that, i'm afraid you have extremely superficial
criteria. now let it die.

Well this is not AFX since the output sounds different, the
tracks are good enough anyway, and if hes only 18 he already
did better than anyone posting here.

well geez we can bitch and groan about the sauce but I'm too
busy cranking "untitled 9" and enjoying it. It could be
'Sporty Spice' for all I care, but I think the work on that
is top class regardless of who it may or may not be. Whoever
you may be 'steinvoid' thanks for getting this stuff out...

I kinda like the recurring theme of 2Unlimited in the given
context. Although Skrillex makes slightly more sense
nowadays as he's still actual releasing his wobwobwobwobws.

first impressions in 2009 (fek) was no way
then 2014 i went a bit mental because i heard a tiny sample
in a track off syro that i'd only heard once b4 in memory on
a steinvord track ( 0:28 in syro piezo and used from
beginning in untitled 11 by steiny)
but was back to no way shortly after...
Cheers for Rob Hubbard link btw Hyper

i think some one said Ceephax said the steinvord melodies
were not very well developed, but maybe that was just in
comparison to his brother, but he's right either way

the only thing is that Ridley Scott nowadays seems adamant
that Deckard is a replicant but i prescribe to the idea that
its deliberately ambiguous
