Surely Dragonball whatever is one of those things that is never going to translate well to a live action film? Accepting that its complete garbage and shouldn't be made in the first place, surely this crazy fantasy world with super deformed characters, fit inducingly (not a word) fast fight scenes and paper thin plotting as an excuse to create city destroying battles is never going to translate in to anything watchable. sflpkndm |

Well, if you watch the gritty-ish and humourless trailer, it seems they actually tried to answer these concerns and as a result made something infinitely worse. |

There aren't really enough words to describe my absolute disgust in this. Me and my friends have spent the last fucking 6 or 7 years imagining what we call 'Ultimate DBZ'. Our concepts of how truly complex and deep this show could be if expressed in the most alien terms regarding inner science and godlike sentience, it's having daydreams like that.. and then realizing it's about to get raped. Big time. Join the other groups online and stage a massive boycott of this piece of filth. Have this dogshit earn nothing, have it be forgotten in the sands of time for all mother fucking eternity. |

They already made a live action Dragon Ball movie, and it's actually pretty cool ! I wonder where they go wrong in making these films. I think the studios want to buy the licenses because it saves money on having a creative team work out a script. If you already have characters and a plot, I don't know, but maybe it saves them time or money or something ? Seems like film makers are idiots. Think of all the garbage that has been released the past 10 years. Aliens versus predator, Xmen, Videogame movies ... It's like these things are fool proof, how do they go wrong ? |
