I don't think anyone reads it backwards, that should be obvious but you seem to be serious so here goes: You read the thread in the proper order, but then when you click it again you don't have to do any scrolling because the newest posts are on top. Hope this helps return balance to your world. |

my setting is oldest first, but i generally read the original post, then the newest post. then i skim over everything in between, forward or backward depending on the material. |
