gimp 2.2.17. Just a single square going boy-oy-oy-oy-oing.
Then every next frame another square goes boy-oy-oy-oy-oing
in a slightly different spot, as seen by those ugly dots
because the gimp is so shit you need some sort of
placeholder to know where the fuck stuff is and so I'm like
fine if you need to make stupid little dots as placeholders
then I'll just leave the ugly dots there so everyone knows
how stupid gimp is. Its 10 frames but I was lazy so only did
9 boy-oy-oy-oy-oings. THANKS FOR ASKING AND MERRY CHRISTMAS

'Gimp' would've been fine too.

Oh, yeah, you're right. Except 2.2.17 is a good version and
the newer version I last tried had horseshit in it that
nearly cripples the usability of the whole thing.

Thanks, I call it SPRINGY THINGY and it goes like this:
boy-oy-oy-oy-oing! And aww you still use that archaic
xltronic language 'wicked'. Do you have any new musics that
are, how you say.. wicked? AND MEEEERRRY CHRISTMAS! May
jesus cook a fresh batch of poop for you and yours,
including your eyelash mites.

gimp has guidelines and a mouse x,y and a grid. main problem
is I first make a single static large picture with all the
frames in that one picture. So every time you go to a new
'frame' (just another location on that one picture) the x or
y changes. I make a 'dummy' extra 'grid' on a lower layer
that has big 60x80 (avatar size) lightly colored rectangles
on it. It would make more sense if each layer was on top of
eachother AND you could easily select any portions of any
layers to manipulate. Like make an animation in the upper
left quadrant that's 10 frames long then go to frame 4 and
select the upper left quadrant.. then perhaps choose which
frames of this selection you want selected. Like it could
select just frame 4's upper quadrant or all frames 4-10 or
all frames 1-10. Then you could move your entire selection
at once, or maybe see previous or later frames more
gradually translucently. Gimp has an animation package but
I'm too lazy to try it. I have photoshop but that is the
worst unusable bloated program ever. I don't even know if it
has animation support, maybe an option for it is somewhere
in the 500th nested fractal layer of menus and options.
