You have to hand it to the guy. He just wanted to put his best foot forward, you know, to keep Bush on his toes. It was one small step for Iraqi journalism. Of course, Bush is thinking "don't tread on me" but sometimes you can't avoid going toe-to-toe with someone. Bush was considering throwing one of the shoes back, but hadn't his advisers warned him about keeping a foot in two camps? |
