most definately. im very curious whether this music will be sounding totally outdated or will be epic classics. i go for the latter for most songs i guess... and what would the young folks say about it?

selected ambient works 1-2 will probably be revisited plenty of times through my life. same with the early autechre... i don't think ill be playing confield, untilted, drukqs..

Most of it's already dated/dateable. however something like Confield, which is so structurally bizarre in places, I believe will be as fresh a listen in 200 years.
I imagine I will at least come back to Autechre as long as I have an interest in music (it seems like serious music listening tends to dwindle after 70 for most people, but we'll see). Doubt I'll even live that long unless I quit smoking anyway.
