syntheme is undoubtedly one of the best acts on mu, along with ceephax and luke vibert. i also like neil landstrumm and, before that, bizzy b and remarc. but not so in touch with the other releases, please can you offer positive comments regarding which other ones are most important to check out please? |

Boxcutters first 12" is absolutely lovely. Sort of reminds me of Burial, but also quite different. Similar melancholic dubstep vibe. I never liked the full album and his material afterwards though. "Acid Sauna" by The Doubtful Guest was also quite fun if you don't take it too seriously. I heard the new Distance was quite decent. |
