Starting cigarettes...
I did that a week ago, some weird mixture of chance, stress
and my mental health made me do that. I feel quite stupid
thinking about it

it took a few goes ay...but you train your mind...like
trying to ride a bike what seems impossible is actually
rather easy and very enjoyable and healthy and can get you
places fast.

we all stopped ages ago, well done everyone!! if you still
smoke, then keep out of our coffee shops and cinemas, or

i quit 11 months ago. i still crave. even right now. lovely
fags. *sigh*

on the other hand, i have more money, i feel healthier, i
don't smell of stale fags all the time, i can taste food
better & since i stopped i've have no breathing problems.
plus smoking is shit now anyway you can't even have a fag
indoors with a pint. a few months after quitting i got real
bad chest pains and i swear it was my lungs returning to
normal.

good luck! :)

don't start, and if you start, don't quit. its worse to
smoke a few ones associated to psychological situations than
smoking a lot without particular reason. im not touching a
cig from sunday, last week it was like everyday decreasing,
and it felt terrible. 10 years of dirty habit. thanks all
for the encouragement.

I don't think I'll ever quit. I'm an idiot though. The
packet of tobacco I have at the moment has a picture of a
man with a massive throat tumour on the back, to combat this
the tobacco company have put information about the subtle
flavour blending which creates such a delicious taste.

i know the feeling.. i've loved much more my tobacco years
rather than the cig ones. when i started making my own cigs
i thought "this way when i quit it'll be easier" but i was
so wrong..

cutters is nice, gv & amber are ok, drum is horrible

proper cigs are shit anyway, feels like smoking a pool cue
since i switched to rollies. anyway, can't argue with £25 a
month vs £150-odd, nobody i know actually buys legit taxed
baccy. come on my cancer crew

smoking increases dopamine levels for a while but regullar
smoker have lower levels of it and it resaults with bad
mood, even shiz. good luck with quiting. to reduce some bad
effect just do some thing to increase the dopamine, coke
maybe? :)
