What's your fave type of cheese?
I am into rubbery light cheeses like Edam, Gouda and of course good old cheddar- preferrably M&S farmhouse mature.
Blue cheeses are good, too- Stilton and that.
Melted French Brie on a baguette is a must.

Kraft cheese ain't cool. Although... depends what you use it for?
Anyone had squeezy cheese? Looks fucking gross. Like disgustingly yellow melted plastic designed to look like cheese. I saw a tube in this expensive shop which sold a lot of American stuff once, but didn't buy.
Oh yeah- Mozzarella (Bufala) and mascarpone for deserts are good shit. =)
But generally cheese is brilliant indeed.

Anyone seen that episode of Cow and Chicken where the Red Guy tries to become the king and queen of cheese?
Fucking spectacular.
Why aren't original, zany cartoons like this on any more? =(

More variety than in nature!
haha! mature log. that's funny to me. =)
And can't believe I forgot about Roquefort- such a good midway between mature cheedars and stilton. creamy, with some body and fairly mild! Fucking good shit, my friends.

haha!
I saw that casu marzu cheese on the 'F' Word. Good show and episode. =)
I don't think it should be banned. It brings variety to the cheese kingdom!
babybel is alright, if you like factory cheeses. Would prefer real Edam, though I can't often afford it.
FlyAgaric, try to remember what cheese that was. I will have to remember to try that some time. With warm jam, yum.
