There was an advert when a girl on a bus goes, "What do you
prefer, daddy or chips?" and the little girl has a confict
of whether she prefers daddy or chips, coming to the
conclusion of chips. This was in the UK.

Oh you mean french fries. And I think that's the first time
i've ever been called a foreigner, it's kind of nice. Yes,
i'll take a steaming hot pile of 'chips' as you call them,
drowning in ketchup, over the man who fathered me any day.
