don't get me wrong i am voting Obama, but i think the total Obama cock sucking that has been going on is funny, america is fundamentally wrong. I talk to somebody a few weeks ago that thought it was her right as an american to buy a SUV. Another friend just went bankrupt and lost his house and he thinks that the government should help him out. He ran up 80,000 credit card bill and bought a 500,000 house yet he was a guitarist in a local rock band (Los Angeles) and his wife was a secretary in other words they don't make much money. These are all just people I know and what is funny is they are in the norm. Me i was raised to buy shit with money you have. Now people that don't sacrifice anything are not going to be patient with the next president and once Obama starts and can't turn the economy around in a year people are going to turn on him and blame him. over what governance interference are you talking about? the one which said governance shouldn't interfere? what americans can't seem to understand is the idea that the answer to the current problem lies somewhere in the middle between a strong government and a free market. if there's one thing made clear with the current crisis, it's that a strong market needs an equally strong government. americans seem brainwashed to think that the tiniest bit of socialist thinking equals communism. it's a national neurosis. even when the free market implodes on itself the common rationale is that the government should back-off. perhaps it'd be better if mccain wins, so you can choke yourself in the "trickle-down" economy. wealth should trickle down... as if. lets rename the USA to the united states of enron. |
