so, one weekend when i was like, 14, me and my bro (18)
were left in the house by ma and pa and told to look after
ourselves. they give us $60 for food or whatever. we wanted
to spend the money on weed and beer so we decided to use up
all the crappy food nobody ate already instead of ordering
pizza. we found a couple of tins of months old corned beef,
and i was all like "ew fuck eating corn beef, that shit is
nasty" but my brother was like, no wait a minute we can have
a good meal out of this, chillax...

so now i am passing his dope secret knowledge onto you.

you need:

half an onion
medium size tin of corned beef
pasta
bbq sauce

boil up some pasta (fusilli is the best for this, imo but
whatevs) then dice half an onion up real small and fry that
for a few mins so it's nice and soft. only use a tiny bit of
cooking oil, there is shitloads of fat in the corned beef so
you don't want this too greasy. then cut and mash the corned
beef up into tiny little pieces too, you don't want to be
frying up huge slabs of that shit like spam. then add the
beef to the onions in the frying pan and pour in some bbq
sauce. cook for another few mins until it's all mushy and
sauce like. drain off the pasta, mix the contents of the
frying pan up with it and serve. you will be pleasantly
surprised.

I like the sound of it minus the bbq sauce... I'd probably
use chicken broth to make a gravy for it.. chicken fricassee
style. I understand that you were just working with what you
had though.
