take one quarter cup sugar to every one egg white and mix in bowl until it gets stiff and its ready to bake. bake spoonfuls on a tray in a 200 degree oven (or set your oven to the lowest level) do that for a hour and a half. then let the dry over night for best results. or just eat them and the inside will still be goey. this is a cookie made in poland it tastes good and theres no fat. |
