just saw this thread. will tell you about it when i get
back. im going out for a walk (something i rarely do) and

i cut back from 20-30 smokes a day to 3-8. basically if im
out to get food or coffee i just don't bring them. i dont
light up after every meal, and i count them so its
motivating to have less when i put myself under the radar.

i eat healthy now, lots of fruits and vegetables. and when i
go to the grocery i buy just a little bit which means if i
want more food i have to walk there.

havent started exercising yet, thats one thing i should
start doing, walking isnt enough. gotta get rid of these man
tits and buddha belly.

make sure you're getting lots of fibre. keeps you regular

overall sounds like you've made an excellent start. from
personal experience i've noticed it's always the little
rules which help the most

it may also help you to take a photo of yourself whilst you
still have the blubber just as a reminder of why you're
doing what you're doing because it can be incredibly easy to
go into complete denial about your physical appearance.

also get a sexy new hair style
